“Dean was assigned to our job and he was amazing. He specialises in Birds and knew everything about them. He was able to access an awkward part of the roof and remove the bird’s nest from a broken soffit board. He boarded the soffit board with stainless steel mesh. He identified a second entry point via a broken roof tile and added a temp fix until the roofer’s due to start work. All work was completed to a very high standard. Dean was very courteous, calm, highly experienced and skilled within this field. He arrived on time and left the property clean and tidy. Would highly recommend!"

Work was completed on 3 visits, equally spaced between 3 weeks. Joe was a brilliant tradesman and kept us informed of what to watch out for and exactly what h would do. His work resulted in us no longer having a rat infestation, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Joe arrived punctually, having communicated clearly prior to the job. He was quick to identify the bugs in question and offered straightforward guidance about management of the infestation. Given this was a free initial consultation, his speed of fitting in the appointment and clarity of advice make his service incredibly easy to recommend. He will be the first person we call in the future, if needed!
